MBA stands for “Master of Business Administration”. It is a general management degree for prospective students who already possess several years of professional experience. The program is aimed at humanitarian or natural sciences students or engineers who wish to expand their knowledge in management and it aims to provide students with technical, managerial, and leadership skills.
The curriculum covers all central business areas and the program lasts one to two years, depending on the program (Full-time MBA, or One Year MBA). As a rule, a first qualifying degree and at least three years of work experience are required for admission to an MBA program. However, the admission criteria are regulated individually at each university and may vary. At many universities, the MBA degree entitles the holder to pursue a doctorate.
Do you want to take the next step in your career? Are you working as an executive in management and looking for the right study programme to take your career to the next level? An MBA at CBS helps you acquire new skills by adding specific business skills to your toolkits, such as leadership and strategic thinking, helps you gain access to new job prospects, change your career and even increase your salary.
Graduates from other fields can also acquire a master’s in business administration at CBS in Germany.
