Business Simulation Game3 ECTS ? !

In a business simulation game participants have to manage their own virtual company which operates in the same market as other participant-operated competitors. This involves making typical management decisions in realistic environments. Beside the deepening and active examination of subject-specific knowledge the simulation games also include the team environment, where interaction, communication and prioritization are of paramount importance. Participants learn how to manage risk and uncertainty while time is limited and information constrained. Group-reflections help to take over different perspectives and to discuss pros and cons of content- as well as behavior-related actions.

During the Master Thesis Tutorial you will learn the fundamentals for your Master thesis: Defining the topic as well as structuring the thesis and you will learn the theoretical knowledge for scientific working.

During your 5th semester you are working on your Master thesis, the subject is freely selectable. A supervisor from CBS will support you and you can write the thesis in collaboration with a company as well. Or you can write your thesis in connection with a stay abroad.

Berufsbegleitender Digital Transformation Management Master: Zeit für neue Praxiserfahrungen

An der CBS International Business School legst Du mit dem berufsbegleitenden Masterstudium „Digital Transformation Management“ den Grundstein für neue Aufgaben und Positionen. In praxisbezogenen Lerninhalten, wie einem Business Simulation Game, erfährst Du schon frühzeitig, wie Du Deine Fachkenntnisse gezielt in der Praxis anwendest. Während dieses digitalen Planspiels lernst Du komplexe Management-Entscheidungen zu treffen und hast die Chance, „Dein“ Unternehmen zum Sieg zu führen. Im Rahmen des Business Projects löst Du dann gemeinsam mit Deiner Gruppe eine Aufgabenstellung für einen Unternehmenspartner der CBS. Bei diesem Projekt sammelst Du nicht nur wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen, sondern erhältst auch einen Einblick in die Branche des jeweiligen Kooperationspartners und kannst Dein Business-Netzwerk weiter ausbauen.

Investoren, Partner und Geschäftsführer zu überzeugen eignest Du Dir im Innovation Lab- Business Plan Writing and Pitching an und optimierst Dein Praxisanwendung im Capstone Simulation Game. Im Rahmen dieses digitalen Planspiels triffst Du mit Deinem Team die Geschäftsentscheidungen und wendest Deine Business Skills praktisch an. Da vor allem die Gründung digitaler Unternehmen in den letzten Jahren erfolgsversprechend waren, kannst Du Deine kreativen Kompetenzen aus dem Bereich Digital Transformation Management hier gewinnbringend einsetzen und wertvollen Input für Deinen Arbeitsalltag mitnehmen.

Auf dem heutigen Arbeitsmarkt kannst Du Dich neben Fachkenntnissen durch die Beherrschung wichtiger Business Skills von anderen Bewerber/Bewerberinnen abheben.
