At CBS International Business School, we welcome students of all nationalities and seek international partnerships with educational agencies of select regions as we aim to maintain our diverse student body. If you are interested in becoming a CBS representative, please follow the steps below.
We are looking forward to receiving your agent request by filling out this form. Make sure you fill out all the information in order to receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to complete your profile to continue the selection process.
You will be asked to attach the following supporting documents:
- At least 2 references of a university you are working with, you can submit either: *
- 1 international and 1 from Germany (if you already have an existing partnership)
or - 2 international references
- 1 international and 1 from Germany (if you already have an existing partnership)
- A copy of your business license authorizing you to operate as an educational agency in your recruiting countries *
- Certificate of ICEF agent training, if applicable
* = this is mandatory
If your application is approved, you will receive access to a pre-recorded training session, which you should complete once you are ready to apply with your first student. After you have completed the training and your application is finalized, we will send you the Agency Agreement by email along with instructions on how to return the countersigned document. The Agency Agreement will be officially issued once we have received the countersigned copy.

- An agent code and access to our agent corner
